Buffaloberry Shrubs
Silver buffaloberry, a native nitrogen-fixing shrub for hard, dry, alkaline sites where little else will crop. Tart and slightly bitter raw, and traditionally cooked into a sauce or jelly. Male and female plants are separate, so you need both to get fruit.
