This is our assortment of perennial vegetables. Most definitions of vegetables are not botanically based. These definitions are based on usage and are rather arbitrary. For instance, are rhubarb and horseradish vegetables? It's debatable. This is likely because these aren't eaten the same way typically as say Asparagus, which is on this list. Either way, these are all perennials in our Western Montana part of the world, and will come back year after year.
