Walnut Trees
Black walnut and cold-hardy English walnuts. Black walnut is hardy to zone 3 and grows valuable wood along with the nuts. Purvis Hardy and Ultra Northern are English walnut seedlings hardy to zone 4b. Walnuts shed pollen and open their female flowers at different times, so plant two different trees for a good crop.
