Jeruselam Artichoke (Bundle of 3)

Overview

Jerusalem Artichoke is one of those things that one should grow because they are prolific, perennializes even in our cold Montana winters, and provides a good source of starch (inulin), but make sure to prepare them right otherwise you'll see why they're euphemistically nicknamed "fartichokes"! These are hardy to at least -50°F if not more.

Plant Development

These plants were grown out from tubers in 2025 and will mainly consist of rhizomes for the root mass. Next Fall is when they'll develop their first tubers for harvest
