This seedlings will be full size, standard apple trees, and the genetic makeup of them will be unknown, other than the 50% parentage from 'Fred's Mac', due to these being open pollinated. The mother 'Fred's Mac' tree is immediately surrounded by Liberty and Goodmac, as well as many other named cultivars.
