Heirloom Apple Trees
Old apple varieties, most of them from the 1700s and 1800s. Russets, pippins, keepers, cider apples and the pioneer apples that settled the northern states. Everything here is listed A to Z.
A few of the favorites: Arkansas Black, Northern Spy, Roxbury Russet, Ashmead's Kernel, Wealthy, Wolf River and Black Oxford. Check the zone on each one, since some old varieties are a lot hardier than others.
